Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Slide Ninja application (the "Service") provided by Halil Furkan Kesler (sole proprietorship) ("Slide Ninja", "we"). Anyone who uses the Service (the "User", "you") is deemed to have accepted these terms.

Slide Ninja is a web application that uses artificial intelligence to generate presentation (PowerPoint) content consistent with a corporate identity.

The Service operates on a credit basis. Free credits may be granted to users for training and promotional purposes; such credits do not constitute consideration or a guarantee and may be changed, limited or withdrawn unilaterally.

Payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms for paid plans (Plus, Corporate) are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

A corporate e-mail address is required to create an account. New accounts may become active after administrator approval.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for the security of your account. The Service is intended for corporate use by persons aged 18 or over.

You are solely responsible for the topics, text, documents, presentations and similar material you enter into or upload to the Service ("User Content").

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the User Content; that you do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or personal data rights of third parties; and that you will not upload unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Your User Content is transmitted to third-party service providers (e.g. the AI processor) in order to generate presentations; see the Privacy Policy.

The application itself, its software, design and component library belong to Slide Ninja.

The User Content you enter remains yours. The output presentations you generate through the Service belong to you within the scope of your use in accordance with these terms.

Generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to verify the output before using it. Slide Ninja gives no guarantee as to the accuracy of the output or its fitness for a particular purpose.

The Service is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

We reserve the right to change the Service, the credits and these terms. Material changes will be announced in an appropriate manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slide Ninja shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Liability is limited to the fullest extent in particular for free/training use.

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these terms. You may request the closure of your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
