Name and surname and e-mail; account/usage records; the content you enter/upload are processed.

Purpose: to provide the presentation generation service, manage the account, ensure security and improve the Service.

If you consent, usage is measured with Google Analytics (cookie-based); without consent, measurement is cookieless and anonymous. The campaign/source information of your first visit is associated with your account, if you sign up, in order to measure marketing effectiveness.

If you give explicit consent, usage is recorded with Microsoft Clarity (session replay/heatmaps): mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, pages visited, device/browser information and the approximate location derived from your IP. The recording also covers screens after sign-in; the content you enter/upload and your name, e-mail and company name are masked in the browser and are not transferred. Without consent, no such recording takes place.

Being necessary for the formation/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.

In order to provide the Service, data is transferred to service providers abroad (mainly in the USA): Clerk, Airtable, Anthropic, Netlify, Pexels and, subject to your explicit consent, Google for measurement and Microsoft for usage recording; transfers are carried out on the basis of the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK / explicit consent.

Data is collected electronically during sign-up, sign-in and your use of the Service.

To learn whether your data is processed; to request information; to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; to request rectification if incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure/destruction when the conditions are met; to request that rectification/erasure be notified to recipients; to object to a result against you produced exclusively by automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage.

You can submit requests regarding your rights to iletisim@slideninja.app, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

If your request is rejected, the reply is found insufficient or no reply is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of the KVKK.
